As an Electrical Apprentice, you'll be at the forefront of powering our operations, learning from experienced engineers to maintain automation systems, install green tech and keep our sites running safely.
Get stuck in from day one
You'll be working alongside experienced electrical engineers, getting hands on with real power systems and technology and learning how things work in the real world.
You'll build practical skills in electrical maintenance, fault finding and green technology integration, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Every day will bring something different. You'll have the chance to learn, ask questions, try things out and build your confidence as you go.
And because you'll be learning on the job, you'll see the impact of what you do straight away.
Who are we looking for?
You don't need to know everything about electrical engineering already.
We're looking for people who are analytical, safety-conscious and tech-minded. If you're the kind of person who enjoys solving technical puzzles, understanding circuit logic and working with technology, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll also have the opportunity to show us what you can do through a practical skills assessment, giving you the chance to demonstrate your natural ability and problem solving skills.
