As a Business Analyst Apprentice, you’ll learn how to explore the way different teams operate, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of changes across processes, services and systems. You’ll develop the skills to ask the right questions, gather and interpret information, and clearly communicate ideas that help shape business decisions.
Working closely with Technology Operations and colleagues across the organisation, you’ll support projects that improve how we deliver for our customers and colleagues.

Please note this is a full-time, two year temporary contract which is based in Cornwall. In line with our Seasalt Connected approach to ways of working, this role will be based flexibly across our Cornwall head office locations (minimum of two days per week) and remotely within the UK.
The skills you’ll be sharing with the team
As one of our Apprentices, you will be on a 2-year fixed term contract starting in September 2026. Your working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
With support from your line manager and the Training & Early Career Advisor, you will be working towards a Level 4 Business Analyst standard.
We are looking at recruiting on potential and your enthusiasm to succeed. Because of this, we will be running an Assessment Day to find out more about your skills for this role. The Assessment Day for this role is taking place on:Monday 20th July.
