We’re looking for a Digital Support Apprentice to join our fast paced ecommerce businesses, supporting the systems, tools and platforms that keep everything running behind the scenes across Rowen and Pink Boutique.
Rowen and Pink Boutique are two distinct and growing brands, specialising in luxury homewares and fashion. Operating in a fast moving digital environment, we’re focused on delivering seamless, high quality experiences that customers return to time and time again.
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone looking to start or pivot into IT and digital support, combining paid, structured training with real hands on experience in a commercial environment.
As an IT & Digital Support Apprentice, you’ll support the day to day running of systems and websites across both brands. Working closely with the Digital Support Manager and wider Operations and Digital teams, you’ll help keep the business running smoothly, from supporting internal users and troubleshooting first-line issues to carrying out system checks and building an understanding of how data and integrations flow across ecommerce platforms, warehouse tools and customer experience systems.
You don’t need previous commercial IT experience. We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology, basic computer confidence, and a proactive approach with the curiosity to learn and ask questions.
Alongside your role, you’ll complete structured training towards a Level 3 Digital Support Technician qualification, giving you a strong foundation to build a career in tech.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be supported by the Digital Support Manager and will:
- Provide first-line support to colleagues, logging and resolving basic IT and system queries, and escalating where needed
- Monitor and update support tickets, keeping clear records of actions and outcomes
- Assist with routine checks across key systems, including website, stock, warehouse and integrations
- Support basic data updates, identify errors and flag issues impacting orders, stock or customer experience
- Help test website updates and new features, recording results and raising issues clearly
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up accounts and managing access
- Contribute to improving documentation, guides and internal processes
- Work collaboratively across teams including Operations, Warehouse, Customer Experience and Marketing
What You’ll Learn
By the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll be able to:
- Deliver confident first-line IT and systems support in a commercial environment
- Manage support queries from initial request through to resolution or escalation
- Understand how data flows across e-commerce platforms, warehouse systems and customer tools
- Troubleshoot issues using a structured, logical approach
- Communicate technical issues clearly and simply to non-technical colleagues
- Build knowledge of cyber security, access control and data protection best practice
Skills & Qualities
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in IT, digital systems or ecommerce
- Is confident using computers (email, documents, spreadsheets)
- Is organised, reliable and detail-focused
- Is proactive, curious and keen to learn
- Communicates clearly and works well with others
Any exposure to IT support, e-commerce platforms or data systems is a bonus, but not essential.
