About Us
We are a private company, and have been letting student properties in Jesmond for well over 40 years.
We have houses and flats for groups of between one and nine students, with double beds as standard. All our properties are well-situated close to Osborne Road, transport links and both Newcastle University and Northumbria University.
Many of our student properties are recently refurbished, with a high standard of fittings throughout including washing machines, tumble driers and dishwashers. Plasma TVs are now standard in the majority of our student properties.
