As an apprentice at Carrier, you will gain the practical experience and industry knowledge you need to succeed whilst working towards a recognised qualification in your chosen field. Our apprenticeships are designed to help you develop technical skills, understand the industry, and build a successful career in areas such as:
Work alongside experienced professionals toassistwith installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing across a variety of systems.
Gain experience in electrical power supplies, control panels, pumps, water hydraulics, hydronics, and digital control systems, including basic BMS (Building Management Systems).
Help diagnose and resolve technical challenges, both in-person and remotely, while supporting teams with planning, design, and system optimisation.
Learn to read technical drawings, follow best practices for workplace safety, and understand industry regulations, compliance, and standards.
Able todemonstratean interest in one of the following M&E,engineering, technical sales, building services and the HVAC industry
