Are you ready to build a future in the world of hospitality and events? Trinity House is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Events Department as an Events Co-ordinator Apprentice, gaining hands‑on experience in one of London’s most prestigious historic venues.
As part of this apprenticeship you’ll develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to lead teams, support daily operations and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your training will cover people management, business performance, bar operations, food service and event coordination — giving you a strong foundation for a successful career in the industry.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the Head of Events and Senior Events Manager in the smooth running of the Events Department
Helping to grow the events business through client engagement, venue show‑rounds and promotional activity
Coordinating client enquiries, contracts, budgets and supplier bookings
Working closely with caterers, AV teams, florists and other partners to deliver seamless events
Assisting with room setups, event logistics and on‑the‑day coordination
Preparing weekly event schedules and ensuring all operational details are communicated clearly
Playing a key role in the planning of Trinity House’s internal events

Flexibility to support evening and weekend events
Computer literacy and a willingness to learn

Hours: 41.5 per week (varied, including evenings/weekends)
Travel: Occasional off‑site meetings and networking events
