Pay, £21,216 (under 20) - £24,853 (21 and over)
Hours, 37.5 hours per week
24-month fixed term apprenticeship, with the potential for a permanent role at the end

About the role
You’ll be a valued member of the team, learning by doing and supporting colleagues with meaningful, hands-on work. You’ll be trusted with real responsibilities while being fully supported as you develop your skills and confidence.
You’ll learn how to:
Prepare surfaces and apply plaster to walls and ceilings in customers’ homes
Carry out both solid and fibrous plastering tasks
Work safely on site, following health and safety guidance
Use tools, equipment and materials correctly and responsibly
Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, showing care, respect and good timekeeping
Record work accurately and quality checks as part of your apprenticeship

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for people who:
Achieved GCSEs in English and Mathematics grades 9-3 (A*-D)
Are IT confident, or at the very least have a basic understanding
Are keen to learn and develop new skills for example, communication both, verbal and written
Share our values, want to make a difference, and thrive in a team environment
Are organised, curious and willing to ask questions
You don’t need previous experience; we’ll support you every step of the way.
