Position– This is a permanent position with opportunities toprogress internally over time.
Hours–Working Hours / Shift Patterns: You will work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, on a rotational shift pattern between 08:00 and 19:00.
Location-Our vibrant Leicester office is convenientlylocatedin the city centre, just a short walk from the train station and easily accessible via major road routes.
Entry Requirements –Open to anyone that hasor willcompletean A level within the last 2 years, grade C or above.

Whatis the role of aClaims Handler?–As a Claims Handler you willbesupporting customers over the phone when they need us the most.Our role is to be there for them following an incident and to supportthem at the start of their claims journey.The First Notification of Loss (FNOL) teamwill log acustomer’sclaim andbe there tothen guidethrough the start of the claims process.We aim to do this by providinga great experienceand being empathetic to their situationevery time.
