Job Description
Purpose of the Role
The Apprentice IT Trainer will be trained to design, deliver and support high-quality training programmes for internal and external clients. Working under the guidance of experienced trainers, the apprentice will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to progress into a fully competent training professional in a technical capacity. This role is designed as a developmental position, with responsibilities increasing as competence and confidence grow throughout the apprenticeship.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a genuine interest in learning and development. Previous experience is not essential; we value potential, attitude and willingness to learn.
Commitment to the Apprenticeship
The apprentice will be expected to actively engage with and complete the apprenticeship programme, apply learning in the workplace, attend required training and assessments, and respond positively to feedback and coaching.

OTHER INFORMATION
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU. Documentary evidence will be required.
