Newly createdfor 2026, this exciting ApprenticeshipProgrammeformsone oftwonew routes into theCentral Loss Prevention Function.OurnewLoss PreventionApprenticeshipProgramme–Physical & Technical Security(Level4)sits within ourLPPhysical & Technical Securityteam–which sits within ourGlobal Safety and Security, Investigations and Physical and Technical Security team, who look after a range of security systems and activities for the function andourEuropean business.
Over the course of this21-monthApprenticeshipProgramme–you’llstudy towards theLevel4 Protective Security AdvisorApprenticeship Standard (equivalent toa foundation degree)withMercury Training, aUKleading provider ofsecurity, facilities management and operational leadership training andapprenticeships.Through your studies and training – whichemphasisessecurity as a business enabler and protective measure –you’lllearn all about risk assessments, stakeholder engagement, use of technology and procedures, deployment of security personnel and building a positive security culture.You’llget to apply your learning in your role, building your awareness of our TJXPhysical & Technical Security framework,associated systems and equipmentand keyaspects of Protectivesecurity:
You'llneed a valid and eligible residency status, right to work in England and depending on your immigration status, you may also need todemonstratethatyou'velived continuously in the UK for at least 3 years
3A-Levels or equivalent(GradeC or higher) orhave completed aLevel-3Apprenticeship
Demonstrable basic knowledge and / or experience of IT or Physical / Technical Security Systems would be beneficial
Analytical Mind-Set:You’recurious, enjoy making sense of complex problems and not afraid to challenge assumptions
Strong attention to detail– youthriveon understanding requirements and spotting risks and opportunities

Ability to travel across ourEuropeanRetail and Corporate office locations (including Driver's Licence and Passport etc)
Language skills inGerman, Polish,Dutchor Spanish would beadvantageous
